Vegan Christmas

Morning, if you are vegan or plant based, what are you having on your Christmas dinner apart from all the vegetables and stuffing…?

Not quite CW. It has egg white in, much to my annoyance. Same with their imitation “beef” roast. Surely it could be omitted? Maybe I’ll email them. Or Twitter, if I can fathom it 😏

We had a non-meat roast from m&s and a lentil and nut loaf made by our vegan-in-chief chef, my elder daughter. I preferred the latter. The bought offering had a slightly odd texture. Probably a bit too much like turkey, which I never liked anyway. It was, however, fully vegan and gluten-free, which meant grandma could eat it 🙂

Hi, I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I am interested in eating more plant based food. Any suggestions?
