We reviewed this online a couple of days ago for a book club. Its a wonderful book, gives a great deal of food for thought and self reflection (if you want to). It deals with extreme anxiety and depression with great insight, empathy and in a very light way. The author is open about his past struggles with poor mental health, but he has learned to deal with them, and is now a best seller. Overall, a very uplifting read.
