Summer at the allotment
The poppies and strawberries are finished now, but looking forward to sweet corn and apples.

Could anyone in this group advise me about my elephant ear plants
They say that it’s very rare for them to flower but all 3 produced long stalky flowers
I’ve cut some off ,as the flower heads died off
Are these pods on the stalks the new seeds ?
Do they reflower off the same stalk head ?
Should I have cut the stalks down and they will regrow another stalk ?
Just can’t find any helpful info !! -
Reminds me of the poem Flanders Fields. I always associate these flowers with the war veterans.
