These were my first ever bracelets I made for customers. The 1st one was loved so much, the lady brought 2 others in different colours and another one for her 7 year old daughter. This was in 2019 when I started this as a hobby.

Suggestbfollow-up to central customer service Head Office and get them to name bakery. Most of these firms don’t like adverse publicity. Commercial bread is a competitive market.I shop at Morrisons who watch their supply and ‘best by ‘ dates and have a shelf for about to close or end of line offers- great when you are down on funds. and no problems as yet
Try a cool phone call followed by a letter to Warburtons’ H/0.
In the letter ;if the phone call has not really delivered , ask for ‘which bakery?’ and a time limit to resolve. hopefully they will give you one of those in the phone call.
The supermarket you bought it from should refund on the spot giving you a choice of loaves from which to choose. OR Warburtons may send you a box of goodies and an apology. at least you have some semblance of the latter from them .
after that ? ask whether it is worth further trouble to you! -
