It’s mad isn’t it? You should be able to go out so long as you stay outdoors and stay 2 metres from others. Fair enough to order your shopping in and not go to a workplace. Go for run – you’re not going to breathe on anyone for 15 minutes are you? At least it’s all over as of tomorrow!!!!

I used to love cycling. I came off my bike (pot hole) about 5 years ago and smashed my bike helmet and still get aches and pains. I haven’t cycled since. Expensive road bike rotting in the shed. I went to Spin class for the first time since the accident last week and got flashbacks. I didn’t wear cleats because I knew that would freak me. I couldn’t move my hand position, or go up on the pedals and hated having my feet inside the straps. The struggle was real. Wish I could overcome this.

Bless you, that’s hard, me I cheat I brought an Electric pedal assist, broke my pelvis, fell off the shed roof. Getting on is the hard bit, but it is much better than the Simmer Frame, and a mobility scooter. So keep trying love you will win in the end. You are very brave.

Hi , yes it’s hard having to stay at home , I live on my own and that’s why I like to get out and go to my balance fit class three times a week and dance fit to meet people. I did a spin class once with my son it was good but very hard . My bike is knot a fast bike it’s one with a wicker basket on the front 😂 sorry to hear you came off your bike , hope your on the mend . Nice to chat to you .
