Hello Paula, I also live in Rainham. I find some of the articles in the Rest Less e-mails to be very interesting. I don’t get into “chat” very much, so I don’t follow too many groups. I am also a member of East Medway U3A (formerly University of the Third Age – name was changed as it was felt the “University” put people off.), which is shortly having it’s first face-to-face meeting since the pandemic. There are lots of groups, covering a wide range of activities. If you’re interested, I can give you more details. I’m in one of the walking groups and we’re trying to restart our programme soon.
