How is everyone doing? I have been feeling anxiety symptoms last coup,e of weeks. Didn’t realise what it was to start with. I have also done a webinar on Forest Bathing – it is quite simple – when I first heard the term I thought it might be some kinky Scandi thing!! I would urge people to look at it. I have noticed that when I come back from my voluntary dog walking I feel so much better. I think exercise and fresh air helps but trees are definitely significant.

I assume by your title that you live in the Fens. I live in West Yorkshire quite near where the Brontes lived. I am about to go out for a short walk along the canal and hope there are not many people about. I will have my mask on of-course but there are quite a few people who don’t bother.
