I’m Josie, living on the Isle of Sheppey, working full time and making the most of my leisure time. I love walking, yoga and rowing. Fancy some wild swimming, but haven’t taken the plunge yet! Have started to learn more about meditation. Happy to chat and maybe find a walking buddy 😊

      I live miles from you in West Malling, but I am equally interested in some wild swimming. Do you know of any Kent based groups?

        My apologies, I’ve only just noticed the notifications telling me you’d messaged! I don’t know of any groups but will start song some research now the weather is improving 😊
