Hi, there’s a ladies one I belong to.
It’s more active in the spring and summer.
There’s local walks as and when each member plans one. They post it on the WhatsApp group and the other ladies turn up to join her.
Loughton, South Woodford, Connaught water, Roding valley nature reserve etc etc.
