Great to experience a bit of normality today

My gym reopened this week,it so good to experience normality .A good hours workout to move some stale chi.
A great emotional and mental lift.

      Completely! I’m not a gym member myself but I know so many friends who are literally ecstatic to be allowed back to the gym – a welcome sign of normality as you say…. Walking has been my saviour for the past 12 months!

      I was a regular gym goer but due to a knee injury in lockdown I took to the great outdoors walking gently at first and set up weights at home…how fab it is to see so many others doing the same old young fat thin fab to see….

      I think that during the lockdown many of us have realized how important it is to keep fit. When the gyms are all closed and you want to get on the treadmill or a piece of exercise equipment.       Confession:- I have wrecked my health, 21yrs of smoking, 2 yrs off the smoking now but still battle my addiction. Walking every day now, 4 miles per day rain or shine and working up the courage to join a gym. I’ve abused my body for so long, it’s time to look after it. Stay healthy everyone !!!

      Respect you are making lifestyle changes.Always a good used to replace what you have given up! I bet you find your lung function much better? The great thing about the human body… it can repair itself if you don’t let the changes take too long.
