Home made apple and blackberry pie with the bramleys from the garden, in September each year. With either custard or good quality vanilla ice cream.

I enjoy almost any pudding with custard…..
So in my younger days, I tried fried black pudding and mushrooms…. I kid you not !Appearance wise it looked interesting and tasted better than I imagined…😁
Although I rarely mention it now, especially when socialising… -
I like most puddings but nothing too chocolatey. I normally opt for Cheesecake though.
Rhubarb and Gooseberries are not sweet so should be classed as vegetables or banned altogether.-
Hi there, Red Gooseberries are sweeter but those or Rhubarb in a pie or crumble would normally be sprinkled with sugar before cooking. 🙂
