only when im on a promise. but to put it into context
I split with my last partner a year ago( not for sexual reasons .)
I havnt been sexually active for years.
before that i feel that sex was something women dont actually want to discuss.
to get a better understanding of what I mean watch Love Sex and Goop on netflix let me know what you think

Yes. I suffered a heart attack a few years ago, which left me with many physical illnesses & mental health issues, including: Angina, Coronary & Congestive heart failure, COPD, Bad circulation, Low blood pressure, Scarred & fluid on Lungs with lung impairment, Diabetes ( meds & insulin ), ED ( Erectile Dysfunction,) :'( Hypothyroidism, Scarred kidneys, Cirrhosis Liver ( non alcoholic ), Auto immune deficiency, B12 deficiency & Pernicious anemia, Peripheral Neuropathy, Osteo & Rheumatoid Arthritis, I already had Cervical Spondylosis, 2 trapped nerves in lower lumbar & PTSD, so no surprise Clinical / Major Depression then recently diagnosed with Bi-Polar. I also have Anxiety with Panic attacks & not been out of the house for well over two years!!! For my ED I am on Cialis daily, which used to work very well, I am six years Widowed & have been single since, so not sure if the Cialis still works? ( That ‘ department ‘ has probably been about the last thing on my mind )???

I would say I suffer from mild ED. I have tried viagra, cialis and another one I cannot remember the name of. All of them work but not that brilliant as I get heartburn and a slight headache with all of them. I would recommend going to the doctors to discuss, although I did not. You cannot get ED drugs on NHS prescription unless you have an underlying health condition. I believe viagra is easily obtainable at Boots etc. I always found online Doctor Fox to be very competitive with price and they are UK based. Doctor Fox also sell the generic versions, which can be much cheaper. Cialis you can take daily with a lower dose tablet, but I take it when needed on a higher dose. You just need to fill out a medical assessment before ordering. It is just trial and error finding the right one for you and also experiment with the various doses. Viagra stays effective for a number of hours; Cialis is called the weekend drug as it can be effective for up to 36 hours.

Yes I do, I have spoken to the doctor twice, first time said he could help as long as I was stable ( heart attack 5 years ago) no issues since. He said lets sort other thing out first, I also have MS. Just spoken to second doctor who says cannot help me due to taking blood pressure tablets and having GTN spray. I need something as its effecting my confidence. What can I do?

You could try Horny Goat weed, and/or Muira Pura both are natural with no adverse side effects. Try to find out if there’s a heart problem as that can be a cause of E D!

No….and hopefully I never will, im a double heart attack survivor but that has never interfered with anything south of the border

I think it’s great this topic is. Being discussed so openly
If you can’t take viagra etc google natural alternatives there are a few suggestions I haven’t had that problem yet 🤞 but been single for 16 yrs So not a major issue Good. luck to everyone Keep up the good work highlighting men’s health

Thanks everyone for their input. I’m 58, single, fit and it’s an issue for me too.
I have downloaded wimhof app. Breathing exercises and cold showers after hot shower, perhaps retrain blood vessels using a pump and research shock wave therapy device’s.

I do suffer mildly from ED! I find I’m fine naturally 1st thing in the morning, but then as the day progresses I do struggle a bit from being somewhat erect to not at all erect late at night, so I put this down to tiredness.
I saw My GP about it a while back and she wasn’t concerned about me physically other than my blood pressure was a little high, but not high enough for medication or to worry about and she prescribed Viagra but wouldn’t go higher than 50mg per tablet. I discovered through trial and error that 100mg was ideal for me, which I need to take on an empty stomach with no alcohol to get the best results from it.
When I first began using it, I would have a terrible hangover type headaches but soon learned to take the tablet with a large glass of water, so the ingredients must make one dehydrated.
I now buy mine in batches of 30 through Dr Fox and have never had a problem with their generic versions.
