Yoga yin is slow session and helps stretch and improve flexibility. I enjoy yoga slow has more balance positions which improves strength in legs abd steadiness . Walking s as Lao improves bone density. Barefoot yoga Wales sessions include “ Shred” which is much more aerobic and I also like the “ core strength” sessions
I live in Ravenhill (Swansea West) and I belong to several choirs and an acapella group. I also enjoy crafting. My favourite is crochet, but I’ll have a go at most things. I also run a (very relaxed) book club and have a little book business.
