It’s been very difficult the last few moths, and then Bank Holiday just set things right down for me.

Hi staying alive things are becoming more positive for me,and I’m becoming more emotionally confident. I like you had a rough time during lockdown. Because of personal issues and a time changing event.
I wake up now feeling positive and sing ,if I can , as it helps cheer me up

I definitely relate to this. Thanks for reminding me why I had to cut dead wood from life. I don’t think it’s negative it’s about being honest and taking back control.
