      I’ve had it in both wrists because of playing the piano. Couldn’t drive for 6 weeks.
      I feel your pain Paul. You must rest up!

      Had plantar fasciitis for 2 years, debilitating. Cured by really good physio using cupping and dry needling plus ice and stretches

      Hi Paul, Achilles Tendinitis is truly a pain. It took me 18 months to be free of it, I found steroid jabs useless, the only thing that worked was serious stretching, a physio will give you a sheet and teach you the techniques. I found you need to do them for half an hour a day to be effective. Good luck

      I’m really suffering and it’s been six months now. I’m massaging it with ibuprofen twice a day. Resting it and using it? Web site advise.
      I’m trying to stay on level ground and have bought cork heel inserts for my shoes, advise from physio.
      Hope we both recover soon
