I’m 65 too. Got made redundant before the virus, and still looking for work. Of course, I should have been retired at 60, but wasn’t told that I had to wait for my 66th birthday till it was too late to make other plans. I have been to the Job Centre, had my 24 weeks of New Style JSA, but that money has stopped now. I guess I am just going to have to batten down the hatches till my birthday next year. I have applied for loads of jobs, but have only had one interview, at which they went out of their way to stress how physically demanding the position was!
