Community rules

We want the Rest Less Community to be a welcoming place for you to come to ask questions and share information, so we would ask you to read and consider the following...

1. Be kind and courteous

We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required, and personal insults are never tolerated.

2. Be positive and constructive

The community is here so that members can share ideas, experiences, ask for help or have lively discussions. Please always be positive and constructive – especially when replying to other members. This is not a place to vent; negativity can bring other people down. Let’s make this a positive place.

3. No hate speech or bullying

Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, age or identity will not be tolerated.

4. No promotions, advertising, spam or law breaking

Give more than you take to this group. Self-promotion, spam, commercial promotions or links to or recommendations of network or MLM (multi-level marketing) opportunities and irrelevant or illegal links are not allowed.

5. Respect everyone's privacy (including your own)

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive. Please be mindful of this when talking to others – and do remember that this is a public forum, so please do not post anything that you would feel uncomfortable about being published on the internet.

General

Each member is responsible for their own posts. If another member breaks rules, you may ignore them or report the problem to the moderators at [email protected].

The point of moderation is not to limit free discussion, promote or suppress specific points of view. The goal is to keep the forums enjoyable and free from problems that detract from the experiences of all our members.

Anyone can post their opinion on the Rest Less Community, or on the comments sections of our website. This means opinion and advice can be very different from our own and may not be factual or well researched. Always be wary of this content and be sure to do your own research and due diligence on anything suggested.

The above said, we hope you find the Rest Less Community a useful resource and we would welcome your feedback at [email protected] on how we can make it even better.

For more information on any of the above you can read our full terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy.
